I have seen a couple of trouser suits in the sales and am thinking of investing in one. I want one in case I decide to start applying for a new job and need something for a potential interview.

I am thinking navy would be a nice colour, but how do I accessorize it?

I'm thinking a pale pink shirt or top, but what I really need are any suggestions on what colour shoes to wear. All I have are black shoes- would they be okay? Or are black shoes with navy a total no-no? I have no clue here, I generally wear black! :o

I'd tend to wear navy shoes but have seen people wearing black

Can I ask you what kind of shops you've seen those trouser suits in the sales?

    A-Wear, Dunnes and Debenhams. :)
Although A-Wear don't have much of a selection. Next is good for suits, jackets etc too, but pretty pricey!

That sounds good too, tan always looks good with navy.

If I don't feel like wearing a shirt with a suit, I sometimes wear those fitted t-shirt type tops (they have long sleeves) that Savida in Dunnes do.

T-shirt is putting it wrong they are made of a stretchy material and lined on the inside and look good with suits

Wrap tops are good too, and a bit dressier.
