Hi - My daughter is in 3rd class at a Gaelscoil and my Irish is already being tested. I'm going to do some courses but was wondering if there are any good and reliable online translators - ones that translate sentences rather than just words (I've used Reverso Collins a lot for French but apart from I can't seem to find any equivalent sites for Gaeilge).

    Go raible míle maith agaibh

Your best bet would be to post them here on this forum, or to ask on the Irish Learner Forum. Start a thread for yourself and post in it whenever you have a query. We're always happy to help. :)

Avoid Google Translate at all costs!

    Focal.ie and PotaFocal.com are great dictionaries, and IrishDictionary.ie is a useful back-up.
