    If you want it developed as reversal I'd say nowhere. Developed as a neg Gunns on wexford street would do the job http://www.johngunn.ie/ I'd ask them about reversal as well, but they probably won't do it.

    Gunns sell a Foma B&W reversal developer which may suit if you have the gear to do it yourself.
