Position: Head Chef - Fulltime
Location: Newbridge Area, Co. Kildare
Experience: Min 2-3yrs with Pub & Restaurant sector.


Key functions of this role are:

· Prepare food in accordance with daily routine, taking into account advance menu planning

· Responsible for the management of all food production to clients including menus, daily

specials, HACCP and company policies.

· To maintain the highest level of service and quality.

The ideal candidate will must have:

· Good track record with 2-3 years experience.

· Excellent knowledge and commitment to food hygiene best practices including HACCP

· Passionate about food with a flair for presentation.

· Possess excellent organisation and interpersonal skills

· Flexibility towards hours of work

· Extensive knowledge of good food handling and food standards.
