Blackboard site down?

Just wondering if anybody else is having difficulty accessing the Tcd blackboard site? When I try to log on using the laptop the message 'there is no website by that name hosted on this server' appears, yet it works when using a tablet :/

There was a scheduled outage, staff and students informed via email in December and again this week.

Is it back up?
