you can order it from Amazon.co.uk and get it delivered via ParcelMotel.

No you can't.

As loyatemu said, you'll have to order it from amazon and use parcel motel or someone in the U.K that you know and have them send it on to ya.

You won't be able to download apps or games through the store, only books. You'll have to source them elsewhere.
