I'm almost certainly out. Took a knock last night.
At least you have 11 for it.
I'll probably pop along to watch and if by some miracle, I can use my foot - I might be an option as a sub.

It wasn't the worst result in the world considering we've not played in 3 weeks alot of us rusty as **** me included I put 3 piss poor balls into the box tonight and hold my hand up for that.

I don't think we strung 3 passes all game, disappointing considering how we've played in previous weeks but again if put that down to the Xmas break and 3 weeks of turkey pounds.

Next week should be alot better after getting that one out of the system.

Well played clay, kept us in it for long periods.

It wasnt a great performance but the goal the scored was down to lack fof fitness imo.

We broke and lost the ball and it goes out for a throw around midfield on the left.

We have the throw, the receiver and another player with me and there's no other Boards player within 15 yards and we only woke up when they were powering towards the box.

A lack of sharpness after xmas, but it was most defintely 3 points lost.

Aswell well done to Clay he made a few super saves to keep us in the game.

Need to be sharper next week

1-1, with us going in front 15mins from time and conceding a sloppy equaliser with 5 to go.

Agree that we struggled to get the passes flowing but our main problem was actually that we were standing off them and not pressing tight enough so we weren't competing for it enough and let them take it down and play. You can put most of that down to lack of match fitness, but we really need to get tighter next week and make better decisions on the ball if we're to keep this unbeaten run going. One thing I noticed is that they played good passing football when it was on, but also made better decisions than we did as they recognised when to just get it forward and play the percentages - e.g. when it came out of our box on set pieces, they didn't worry about playing a perfect pass, they just hooked it back into the box any way they could knowing that it gave their numbers in the box a chance of getting on the end of it, getting a loose ball, or getting a corner. Smart reading of the situation and playing the right percentage. We're too fancy by far at times and need to make much better decisions - we don't need to make perfect chances every time, we need to give our attackers a chance to make something out of nothing every so often, particularly in a game like last night where we barely got the ball into the box much at all.

A win for us would've been robbery so it's never nice to lose a lead but truth be told, we're lucky to have gotten the point so we really need to step it up a few notches next week as there's still plenty to play for...
