    I'm a PAYE worker.

I had Anglo Shares and had a capital loss on BOI shares two years ago.

I have had no Capital Gain since then. Is there anything I can do avail of the above two losses?

I also have another equity investment which is deeply in the red. If I sold these shares now and bought them back in a month or so can I avail of this loss also?

    Thanks
    Tricky

You can only set a loss against a taxable gain.

Unused losses may be carried forward indefinitely until a gain is made.
