What would be a comfortable overclock on this system (without using extra cooling)?

    Intel Core i5-2500K Box 3.30GHz, LGA1155
    Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD5-B3, Intel P67, ATX
    8GB-Kit G.Skill RipJaws-X PC3-12800U CL9
    Corsair AX850, 850 Watt
    EVGA GeForce GTX 580, 1536MB DDR5, PCI-Express

Well if your using the stock cooler, it depends on how much airflow/how well your case airflow is, but I wouldn't imagine more than 4GHz as the stock Intel cooler isn't designed for any kind of extra load

Throw in a sub 30 euro cooler and you could get 4.4 or higher, I'd imagine.

    4 - 4.2 with stock cooler.

4.6 - 5ghz with a coolermaster hyper 212 evo depending on case air flow.
