Volkera Mynute 25a used in conjunction with heating controls (programmer, 2 room stats, cylinder stat, 3 saute motorised valves). problem = when all zones are off pump continues to run and heat. wired using S plan. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Apart from the pump does the boiler keep running and heating as well?

If it has always been like this since its installation then it has not been wired up correctly.
If it always worked fine and has just started to behave this way, it is most likely a motorised valve problem.
Difficult to be certain without looking at it.

If the zone valves are the newer Sauter model then the electrical connection to the valves are like a usb connector and can be disconnected at the valve. Try un-plugging one at a time to see if the boiler shuts down. The cable connectors to the valve have a little button that you have to push down on in order to disengage them from the valve.

The 25a is a low voltage/volt free boiler. Your problem is not using separate cables for the 240v circuit and the 12v circuit, i.e. running the cables together to the motorized valves.
The fix is either run separate cables or use a relay at the boiler.

If this is not the problem, then you may have a pcb issue.
