Xbox 360 repair UPS?

I printed out the shipping label stuck it on the box and I have my xbox 360 packed inside the box. What do I do to get UPS to come out to my house and collect it? Do I have to ring UPS? Do I open up an online account with UPS? Do I ring Microsoft? What should I do next? Has anyone here had an out if service repair on an…

I printed out the shipping label stuck it on the box and I have my xbox 360 packed inside the box.
What do I do to get UPS to come out to my house and collect it?
Do I have to ring UPS?
Do I open up an online account with UPS?
Do I ring Microsoft?
What should I do next?
Has anyone here had an out if service repair on an xbox 360 and know what to do?
I don't live anywhere near any ups centres by the way.

Ring UPS. They'll come and collect it.

They should have given you instructions, when I sent my controller off all I had to do was go to the site and schedule a pick up.
