Saw a new Sandero on the road, thought I'd go onto their website, check out specs and prices and so on. The site is pretty dire but no significant info on the car there. The UK site has all the info, why not here?

Ye, it's not the greatest site alright, I hope for their sake they are still developing it. There seems to be more info on the Duster than the Sandero.

Interesting T&C's in the price list:
All Prices are Ex-Baldonnell, exclude metallic paint and delivery charges and include VAT and VRT.
The Air Corps must be flying them in or something?:D

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

The cars are stored near Baldonnel by the company NVD.

Thanks, I figured it was something like that. I'm guessing that also means you could possibly collect your new car there and avoid delivery charges?

Knowing how NVD operate, I'd severly doubt that.

Delivery is made up of charges from the factory, and PDI so you'll have to pay it either way.

They just launched the car today and revealed prices.
Though no specs sheet available, I guess you'd have to go to the dealership for that or wait a bit more.
However, if you look at the UK website you can see that for the duster, the Ambiance and Lauréate trims are matching the Irish Alternative and Signature.
I bet this will be the same for the Sandero. The prices are more or less matching once you add our lovely VRT.
And that means in both examples, we're avoiding the basic model

I work near there, AFAIK its only a holding pound for all makes of cars both new and used....I've noticed a lot of car transporters full with UK reg cars going in..??

I remember Citroens used to be priced 'ex rosslare'

Either way. The target market for these miserable cars probably can't use a computer
