Stubborn my start virus

    Hi guys,
I've been having huge problems with my laptop lately, to the point a dreaded blue screen appeared last night. It's been infected with the mystart virus. I use Chrome and I tried running Malware bytes which didn't work. I tried removing it in the extensions but it doesn't even appear there, so that wasn't an option. I did manage to remove it from my browers list, but it's still there when I open the browser. Can anyone tell me what I need to do? My business depends on my laptop, so this is really freaking me out, especially as It's only 6 months old :( I have kaspersky pure 2.0, I don't know why it didn't detect it on time!

    Download OTL to your Desktop
    • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
    • Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings. The scan wont take long.
    • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files here
