Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows where I could find an offering memorandum (prospectus). I'm doing a project on the Irish Aircraft industry and would like to get more information. I have tried searching on-line but without the name of the company/agreement, it's virtually impossible to find.
Obviously not looking for a lease as that is confidential but an offering memorandum / prospectus is usually made availabe to the public.

Appreciate any responses or if someone could point me in right direction.
