Changing Job This Month

I am changing job later this month and am wondering what paperwork I will receive from my current employer upon leaving.

As it is January, do I get a P60 for 2012 as well as a P45?

Do I also get a USC Certificate?

The reason I ask is taht I am currently in a start up company and I do not have much confidence with the company accountant doing things right.

you'll get a P60 for gross wages in 2012 which will have tax/prsi/usc on it. Then when your last payroll is run you'll the P45. good idea then is to do a tax return or request a balancing statement (P21) from Revenue to make sure your tax is uptodate. You should always do this anyway but definitely in a year you change jobs.
