Family Sun Holiday for May - Ideas?

    Hi, We're thinking of a family sun holiday (2 kids aged 7 and 3) in May. Departing from Cork.
    We've been looking at booking things directly but can anyone tell me are there other bonded operators out there apart from Falcon?
    Or is the operator market so consolidated that there is only one major player these days?

    Does anyone have any suggestions while I'm at it? Any recommended hotels/apartments/resorts etc?

    Budget is tight needless to say;)

    Try click and go.com. Their fully bonded and use Aer Lingus flights. A week in costa del sol on May 7th for 2+2 is €1136 inc flights 2bed apt and transfers.

    we are currently shopping around for a holiday as well, my wife has found that http://www.alpharooms.com/ is often a lot cheaper than click and go for the same holidays.
