    hi there. we bought a house in castlebar a few years ago but now have to move out of Mayo for work. no point in trying to sell the house so we want to rent it out long term. I've heard Dodge stories about the damage that can be done when you rent to the hse or council. anyone know a good property management company who would rent out the house and take care of maintenance? maintenance is the biggest thing, don't want to have to keep on coming back to cut the grass etc .. thanks for any leads...
