So I bought my first kit and collected my wine bottles.

Tell me if you would change my plan of action or would suggest anything.

Was gonna wash the wine bottles in the dishwasher and take the labels off, and leave till ready to bottle.

Sterilise my equipment with Milton and make the wine.

Now when it comes to bottling, should sterilise the bath and then sterilise all the bottles in the bath? Or would you do them individually?

Personally I am not a fan of using bleach at all as a steriliser. I lost a few batches using a cheap no rinse solution so moved to starsan, just not worth risk to me after effort involved making all grain beers. I know a starsan inventor mentions cheap no rinse but did not work for me using correct quantities. You really want to rinse with water after using bleach and you should be ok.

If Milton is safe for babies would it not be suitable for wine?

Bleach is fine as long as you rinse it off the fermenter. Some say it needs a 20min soak, not sure about that though.
