    Hi guys,

I recently upgrated my HP 6930p from Windows Vista to 8. There is service(or tray icon application) called HP Touch Buttons which needs to be active for the brigness and other "Fn" buttons to work.

Although I seem to remember(could be wrong) the buttons working intially after the Windows 8 upgrade, they don't work now.

All the other "Fn" buttons, such as "Sleep", "Ambinet Light Sensor" and a few others seem to work in 8. There is also a "Battery Info" button which never worked.

Can anyone shed some light on the problem, as the service seems to be running, and all the other shortcut buttons work.

    Thanks,
    Kev

Solved it, I just reinstalled the drivers, which I should have done in the first place!
