Hi,

I have just installed a new HKC 10-70 alarm into my home this week and find that the key panel displays "tamper alarm on external bell box" each time I try and set the alarm. I have installed it correct to the best of my knowledge and nothing seems to work. One thing I did notice is that both the bell box and the control panel have 4k7 resistors for the tamper of the bell box, is this correct? Some installation manuals shows only one in the bell box. Any help is much appreciated.
