    Hi All,

Not sure if this is the right forum but Ill give it a go.

I have a laptop with Windows 8 which works great with Netflix but when I try to stream it to my TV using a HDMI cable there is just no picture.

I have UPC so have two remotes, one UPC one TV. When I first turn on the TV I get the usual grey/black spots and assume when I plug in the cable and go to settings on my laptop and switch the screen it should appear here but no luck.

    Anyone any ideas ?

    Thanks !

Probably need to press FN and one of the Function keys (F5/F6 etc)

If still having problems check your TV to see what resolution it will accept not all of them will do 1080
