SKY TV. Downgrading Package.

    I want to downgrade my Sky TV package.

    I upgraded to movies 5 weeks ago but have only watched 3 movies on it in this time.

    I upgraded online but one cannot downgrade online.

    I called Sky yesterday and when I selected the downgrade option I was put on hold.

    I was left waiting for an hour before I gave up.

    I hung up, tried again and chose the upgrade option and of course I got through straight away, however the person on the other end refused to help me and told me I had to contact the downgrade dept.

    I tried again today and gave up after holding for 45 minutes.

    Again I tried another dept and got through immediately to another person who couldn't hep me.

    It is obviously Sky policy to make it extremely difficult to downgrade. Can anyone advise me on what to do.

    Calls to Sky can cost quite a bit when you've been on for a long time.

    I used to find that calling them first thing in the morning got me through straight away
