Citroen Berlingo Sump Leak

I have an oil leak from the sump of my 2009 (MK3) Citroen Berlingo 1.6 HDi.

I believe it is a common fault in the Berlingos.

Does anybody know is it the gasket or the sump that will have to be replaced?

I have also read that the engine will need to be partially dismantled in order for this repair to be completed. Is this true does anybody know?

There is no solid gasket only a tube of squeezable gasket can be used.
Oil pumps can also leak...you need to clean around the sump area and watch to see where is coming from.
