Replacement couch cushions

My couch cushions need replacing, as they've become too soft/degraded. The frame/springs are ok, I think.

    Anybody done this recently?

The only website I could find is this http://www.efoam.ie/indexm.html - UK based. I'm a bit wary of ordering without checking the quality first.

I don't know if I would be better going into a furniture shop or to a re-upholsteror.

    Any pointers?

    Thanks.

Don't know where you are in the country but I got new cushions made for a couch whose original ones were squashed flat irretrievably. They were foam, not terribly luxurious, but they were comfy enough.

A crowd whose name escapes me (Kavanaghs???) beside Dolphin's Barn bridge did them - it's not the most impressive looking premises but they've done bits and pieces for my family over the years and they're very good.

I'll confirm name when it comes back to me (unless that's not allowed? I'll PM if told to do so.....)

ETA - I got the K bit right at least....

Mine are foam too. They are just way to soft, I'm finding the couch uncomfortable. That could be an age thing too tho :o

I'll give them a call, I'm in Dublin, so it's worth a try.

    Thanks :)
