    Those pedals will come with cleats, and they will fit the shoes. The holes are elongated to allow for adjustment of getting the cleat into the right place - a lot of trial and error if you're doing it alone for the first time, less if you have a bike fit or are copying something you already have.
    There are cheaper versions of that Shimano pedal available, ie 105, but will weigh slightly more
