Hi I am just curious as to where galway photographers are getting there work printed do you use auto correction on or off, I have got mixed results from fuji and davitts with ac both on and off I have a calibrated screen and find that results differ hugely from lets a a 5x7 and same file 18x12

I get my prints online mostly, have used Davitts for dev and scan a lot, and one or two prints from film, but anything that I print from digital comes from One Vision Imaging online.

I don't bother with autocorrection, when I set up my account with OVI they gave me 6 test prints, so I did 3 images, one each of corrected and not corrected, and their correction service is by a human person, not computer, and I thought the uncorrected one was closer to my calibrated monitor, so I'm certainly not going to trust a machine to do it.

Fahy Photo also do prints, have gotten a few done there actually now I think about it and I was happy with the quality.

    Thanks pope buckfast.
Mostly I go to fuji because I find the staff nice, and the service is very very quick although with some stuff they are more expensive than davitt but his customer service never makes me want to go back.

I'm overall happy with fuji and I reckon over the last month I spent €150 on printing and mounts etc, but I have never gotten a print from anywhere that has really lived up to what I see on my screen,
