Moved into my new house 12 mouths ago (new selfbuild) have noticed water marks around windows outside. The wall make up from outside 100mm block 150 cavity pumped with beads 100mm block 50mm insulated board. There is no sign of any damp inside, my concern is I won't see damp inside with the slab has anyone seen this before and what is the cause and is there a solution???

My guess (and it is just that!) would be that you've got cracks where the external render meets the cill that are sucking in rainwater. Could be as simple as repairing the cracks or sealing the joint between the two with silicone?
