Undertaker v Punk after over 500 days as champion?

Undertaker not being full-time so there's that tiny seed of doubt that he might actually lose?

Ryback with a couple of months worth of streak against shíte mid-carders drew. imagine the intrigue of Undertaker's 2-decade long streak against a 500 day champion. if i had any trust in the writing department at WWE, I'd demand that that be a lock for WM.

Brock won't beat Taker. there is no way it would ever happen, as Brock ain't staying. so all suspense would be gone for me before it even started.

i'd have maybe gone for Punk v Austin, but Austin isn't ready this year from the bits i've read.

I would have liked Rock vs Punk as a Mania main event but since we seem to be getting that at Rumble, I agree that Punk may as well beat Rock at Rumble (much as I would hate that result).

I would then have Rock show up later in the Rumble match itself (having lost to Punk earlier) and then win the match. You could then do a month's build where Rock decides to wait until after the Chamber PPV to decide whether to get revenge on Punk, or face Cena for the World Title (who I reckon will have the title by then). You could do a month of Cena begging for a rematch and the chance to put his loss last year behind him.

Cena should win the World Title at the Chamber and then the next night Rock decides who he will face and he decides it will be Cena. Punk later on celebrates and says no one can stop him and then the famous bong hits...

This sets up the two title matches as:

Punk vs Taker (WWE Title vs Streak)

Rock vs Cena (World Title)

Other matches I'd like to see would be:

Sheamus vs Brock Lesnar - Have Brock beat the crap out of HHH one more time and Sheamus runs down to help and then you have a stand-off between the two. Writes itself.

Ryback vs Big Show - Should be kept short. I'd even have Ryback win it in two minutes. Don't know if he could hit the Shellshock on Show. Perhaps if he was crotched on the ropes.

Jericho & Christian w/Edge ringside vs The Shield - Jericho and Christian have been tag champs before. Maybe The Shield assaults Edge at some point and Y2J and Christian help their friend. Again, writes itself.

Dolph Ziggler w/A.J. vs Daniel Bryan - These two had a great match on Raw a few months back and throw in A.J. and her history with Bryan and this one is easy to build.

Rey vs Sin Cara - Not sure if Sin Cara's knee is up to it but if so, this seems a big match for them.

Wade Barrett vs Triple H - could help Wade progress the way the match with Sheamus and Hunter did.
