    Mike Krause seminar Sunday the 3rd of March 2013 the Ballymote Wellbeing Centre Downpatrick 2-5pm First hour Savate Boxe Francise. High tempo/energy kickboxing, those training Thai boxing/kickboxing this will enhance your skills. Second hour JKD Trapping from Jun fan and Filipino systems. Third hour Filipino Knife training excellent street survival skills all come from the Krause Kmax training Programme. course fee £25 paid on the day or £20 per booking anyone comming from the south of ireland its 25 euros on the day or 22 euros per booking. please note that you will need to bring focus pads and gloves and training knife.

    As in most seminars people tend to leave it to the end to decide weather to attend. So dont leave it too late as numbers for mike seminar are getting higher by the day, One of the Uks top JKD /kali /savate Instructors for £20/ 22 euros doesnt get better than this and this is a once only offer
