Just wondering does the DCU Access route offer reduced points or just subsidised accommodation? I'm so confused :(

It offers both.. but you can only get one. If you get reduced points, then you can't get subsidised accommodation. If you want/need subsidised accommodation, you will have to make sure that you have gotten enough points.
