About 7 litres / 100km on the motorway, up to 9.5 litres in town.

Welcome to the metric system :D

AFAIK, a MOD on here, Alanstrainor, his father has one and I think its low 20's MPG wise. Not entirely sure though, he might be along here soon to give further Info. From what I have heard they like the juice though.

I'd be surprised if it was anything less than 25MPG on average for someone living in a suburban environment. It should deliver around 33MPG on a motorway run. I've a 630i & this is what I get.

Oh sorry, didn't notice it's the 2006, not the 2007.

Then yeah, low 20s in town, about 35mpg on the motorway.

Is it manual or auto? The auto will be a few mpg less than the manual.

i would reckon mid 20's if manual, low 20's if auto. The more important question is, how many miles will you be doing per year?

Yup, low-mid twenties around town with my ould fella's 523i 2006 auto. Significantly better on a run, but can't really comment as I've never asked him. All i know is my 01 325i manual will hit around 30s cruising on a motorway.

My overall average is currently sitting around 24MPG, it is an auto.

That is a good bit of suburban and town driving and a mix of easy and spirited. You could get low 30s motorway driving.

    Thank you all !
