    It equates to 3.5% off on order of €200? ... times are tough but you'd think they could give at least 5% off an order that big.

    I reckon they're in trouble. I haven't heard from them in ages but they popped up outta nowhere recently with an offer of free shipping on the wholesale site, over a certain amount off course; and now this nonsense. I'd say their customer service reputation is slowly killing them.

    Amazon are much better, free shipping, usually good prices and MUCH better customer service when something goes wrong

    I don't know, but I don't think that really matters. A division can be in trouble, a division can be sh*tcanned. If I owned Pixmania, I would've sh*tcanned them years ago.

    yes they are owned by the same company. At least they are consistent with their levels of contempt for their customers. Useless shower of fcuk sticks.
