Reporting Suspecting fraud

I was just sick this week when I came across some post from old polish tenants in a house. They were on social welfare and rent allowance and god knows what else for benefits. I resent the post back to the sender. I realised from the heading on the post that the tenants must have been running a business from the premises while claiming social benefit. I did a search on google and the website came up with all their details and how to pay for their services. Of course the services are such that they give advice to other polish people on legal rights and social welfare benefits that they may be entitled to as well as other translation and councelling services.
I think its great if you are out of work that we have social welfare to support our community and help each other but this seems like its a lifestyle choice and one to benefit from rather than support.....I reported them to the social welfare fraud yesterday.
