What exactly do you want to do?

If its just keep records of income and expenditure then just do up a simple template for yourself and use the excell formulas to do the calculations.

Apologies, what I really want to do is a businees plan and be able to analyse the accounts and predict how much is available to invest to expand and improve the business. And also be able to predict how much tax is be paid over.

I got an excel sheet from teagasc a few years ago which is quiet good but is slightly out of date with tax credits, etc. See attached.

I was wondering if anyone had anything similar or a more upto date version?

Did you try teagasc for a more modern one? I had that exact template from them when I did my Green Cert. I'm sure they have 2012 or 2013 templates if they are running courses this year with the Farm planning Module.
