Reporting River Pollution

    I'm looking to report river pollution. Just a query which body I am required to report it to. Is it the Local County Council or the EPA or maybe Waterways Ireland?

    All of the above except only Waterways Ireland if it's a canal, Barrow, Shannon, Erne, Bann.

    Also Inland Fisheries Ireland on -
