Firmware for a Triax TSC114

Am trying to help out a neighbour to update the firmware on his Triax tsc114 and know how to, but am finding it difficult to find firmware updates for this box... a good googling and even triaxs own uk site are not showing any for this. Can somone point me in the right direction please.

Am trying to help out a neighbour to update the firmware on his Triax tsc114 and know how to, but am finding it difficult to find firmware updates for this box... a good googling and even triaxs own uk site are not showing any for this.

Can somone point me in the right direction please.

the latest was on there website but they have taken it down. they are supposed to be working on an update but i think someone said it was going to be available last month but still no sign. I have emailed them four times and no reply.there is quite a few bugs that need to be fixed. keep on eye on this site. it will be put up here http://www.triax.co.uk/Downloads/Software%20Downloads.aspx
we might get it sometime in the next couple of years if we are lucky:p
