An hour wouldn't do!! A week is more like it!! I've actually just come across a safari website today, prices dont look too bad considering it's an all in package, excluding flights!!

You could do a cull hunt for a lot less if you're interested in getting a good bit more hunting in and more shooting. You might get to take a trophy animal or two at book prices as well if you want but overall it'd be cheaper. 2000-2500 plus airfare (and there can be some great deals here) would be a more reasonable price, and that's not as cheap as they get either. Friend was to go in November to shoot eleven animals for about 1700 plus airfare on a cull hunt. There's a mate's rate discount in there I think, but even call it 2k and you'd be there, have your hunting done and get home with change from 3500 including extras while there. That's for ten days, seven of them hunting.

Be more intrested in what guy does for a living to pay for a 22 room mansion and I'd estimate over 2 million dollars worth of taxidermy and global hunting!
Bet it isnt any 9to5 Mon/Fri working in a cardboard box factory.:D

I'm with Grizzly on this one. There are some seriously expensive trophy animals there, and that quality of taxidermy is scary money in and of itself. I want that guy's bank balance! As to rifles, feck it, do it all with a .375! Add a .270 and you're more than covered.
