    Hi,

    Can someone please clear this up for me, it asks for proof of residence from October 2011 to one month prior to the date of this letter.

    I sent away as utility bill dated March 2012 but they sent it back requesting the same document type A15.

    Do they want proof of 12 months if bills or what?

    you need to send bills that cover the whole nine previous months not just one
