Anyone doing flights on a dual seat gyrocopter? Its something I would like to try

I looked at http://www.gyroflying.com/ but the site seems to be gone.

I know I spoke to someone early last year but it never happened because of weather issues and I haven't been able to get an answer from the number I have for him.

So........anyone giving these kind of trial flights in Ireland???

I know that there's a gyro in Limetree who did trial flights last year.
I'm not sure though about training to achieve your gyro license down south - I do know that Carrickmore (up north) has a couple of gyros and have a qualified instructor.
No doubt the IAA are being idiots about the gyro license as they are with the NPPL (Microlight Pilots License) - imagine a country with no training syllabus and therefore no licensing system.
Contact the NMAI directly as they will know for definate about trial flights etc.

    Cheers
    Steve.
