    Hi

I just got edge 500 and was trying to fit all the sensor on my bike. The problem is that the cadence sensor is about 2 cm away from the sensor, while it shouldn't be more that 5mm. Is there any kind of spacer or something that would help me fit magnet closer to the sensor?

You should be able to tilt the main body of the sensor to move it closer to the pedel so it wont be sitting up straight but will bridge the gap and still work perfect. Then you can re-adjust the speed sensor arm.

I did that , but it feels like it going to fall off at that angle.

Put the cadence sensor on your seat tube sticking out, should be pretty much spot in in that position from my experience

Fall off? It's zip-tied on. It won't fall off :)

Move the body of the sensor so that it's close enough to the crank magnet to work. Then undo the screw that is at the top right of the sensor and move the arm unit so that it's closer to the wheel sensor to work.

I find holding the cadence sensor is good for stretching your back muscles. :D

I understand why you feel it would fall off (more slip around to the side than fall off) it's probably because of the shape of the stay you have it attached to. I used a piece of simple packing foam to move the magnet closer...I had the exact same problem. And I've done >1100km this winter with no problems. It's a bit crude but effective.

Had similar issues, new bike and bendy tubes. Just took a good while adjusting the cadence and speedo arm so it fitted the frame and was close enough to both magnets.

I just glued two 20c coins. I hope that should be enough.

Nope, just dirt and some salt I guess
