O2 Bonus credit not applied?

I got a new phone from O2 and switched from Tesco mobile just before Christmas I was supposed to get €150 bonus credit with €30 applied on my first top up. I topped up €20 but got no bonus credit. I have registered with O2 but all the links to bonus credit seem to broken. Any advice?

You may have a better chance of a quick reply if you post this in the "Talk to......O2" forum. The O2 reps should be able to solve your issue. Though why you moved from Tesco to O2 baffles me:).
