Only a few programmes available on Sky OnDemand

I have Sky OnDemand setup but I've never actually used it. There now I just tried to browse it and I'm literally only getting about 3-4 programmes/films listed in total as being available.

When I first went to the OnDemand screen earlier it briefly gave me a message about not being connected to the broadband router but it's connected via an ethernet cable and it hasn't been disconnected or anything. A reboot of the box hasn't worked.

You have to ring them to activate the on demand service.

Actually got it sorted. I have broadband wired into my apartment so I connected the sky box directly to the broadband connection in the wall with a different cable and the network information appeared. I then plugged the sky box back into the router with the original cable, but into a different port on the back of the router and it picked up the network details within a few seconds and it seems to be working again.

I also did a reset of the network stuff originally before swapping the cables, don't know if that affected it, doing that didn't pick up the settings.
