    ive started to feed my dogs the odd rabbit raw , do any of ye lads do this

    all the time.
    i take the feet and the head off take out the guts leave the heart lungs liver kidnees.
    leave the skin on. freeze them over night to kill any parasites and let them half defrost. that way there no liquid blood for the dog to get messy with
    chop then in half.
    we have a springer and a husky, what ever dog gets the rump gets the other half next time they love it.

    i push gut them when i shoot them , take the head and fur off chop him in half and feed to the dogs , they love it

    i read that the fur is good for the dogs digestion

    the cat gets the feet and scut, dog gets the top chest section and belly skin, both get the kidneys, or sometimes i do, and head,fur and guts go the local foxes/corvids. the rest i eat.
