    Some nice picking there sir, I myself lost by boots and have to wear my socks backwards to try and hide the holes, I think it is time for me to get the coloring pens out and some paint by numbers horses.

    I was looking at Roi Du Mee as a National Horse but it looks like he's better than that. Probably wouldn't get the trip even later in his career. Looks a talented horse this year though.

    Exceptionally happy with my minella special selection today. Let the Cheltenham fund continue to roll.. Did upset my strike rate though..was 80% before today (based on Fancies posted) .. Will keep it going anyhow..thanks for the comment..ill but you a pair of socks no problem ;-)

    The last National winner was a multi grade 1 winning high 170s rated beast. It's hard to be better than that.

    You know exactly what I mean. If Roi Du Mee could win a G1 he wouldn't be put in the National. I'm not saying he is good enough to win a G1 but the point still stands.

    Your right though, the National is not what it used to be.
