bb3 plus other channels acting up

this has being doin me nut in for quite some time now i notice this on certain channels specially bbc3 i get every so often a signal loss error message blue screen ya know the one... it comes on while watchin family guy of all things :-/ happens on other stations higher up the list nick jr and so on little fella goes nut's…

using a upc hd box standard one at that
