Retrofitting a 3 point linkage on a MF 30E?

I have a 1990 MF 30E with a front loader and working PTO that probably had a compressor on the back when new. I would like to put a lift on the back to make it more useful around the yard in addition to being able to use a weight block. I think that the 30E is based on the MF240.

Does anybody know what parts I would need to get in a breakers yard and how much parts and labour might cost to do the conversion?

30E was based on the 250 I thought.
