Does Bank Of Ireland Give Overdrafts to Students on BTEA?

I was in college in 2009/2010 and I got an overdraft whilest in receipt of the grant. This year i'm back in college and I am getting the BTEA because I cannot get a grant (I failed first year before) Just wondering if BOI give overdrafts to students who's only income is the BTEA
