childrens allowance query

    So I know Tuesday is normally childrens allowance day but it is a bank holiday so will it be tomorow

    or next Tuesday

    If you get paid into the bank it will be there on Tuesday as normal. If you collect it in the post office, it will be there on Wednesday 2nd January.

    Hi, child benefit was supposed to be in bank today 1st jan but mine still not there..I'm with EBS, my sister is with another bank and hers was there today.

    Is there a problem with ebs do you think or has anyone else not got theirs today?

    Ours was in today, along with a payment due in tomorrow. With Bank of Ireland.

    Mine arrived into Rabo, what is strange, it's that the date of the transaction showed as 2nd, even though it was in today.

    Im told EBS didn't do a bank roll yesterday...WHY THE HELL NOT??
    I have checked my acc online just now and still no payment..
    What a horrid trick to play on familys right after christmas, it was a tough week last week , i was counting the days to cb now this? if it not there in the morning I am going to be one sour faced customer at the esb counter..

    New year, new bank account me thinks!
