Laptop fan

Could anyone tell me what RPM should a Laptop fan operate at?
    I have an Acer Laptop

I installed software called "SpeedFan" which reads performance levels/temperatures etc...

this is what it currently detects ...

    Fan1: 0 RPM HD0: 41C
    Fan2: 0 RPM HD2: 62C
    Fan3: 0 RPM Temp1: 49C
    Temp2: 53C
    Core: 52C

[The Temp1, Temp2, and Core have a "flame" symbol behind them
[HD0 has a "tick" symbol behind it and HD2 has also a "flame" symbol behind it

this indicates to me that anything above 50C will probably read as overheating

I find it rather odd that Fan1, Fan2, and Fan3 are reading at zero RPM's as the fan at back appear to be working and blowing out warm air

if anyone has any answers I would greatly appreciate it...

Only 1 fan in most laptops, if your laptop is hot it maybe because there is dust or dirt balls inside fan affecting it's ability to keep CPU clean, don't go playing about with CPU software programmes if you don't know what you are doing, bring it to your local computer repair center and they should be able to clean it your properly...loads of threads on here about that problem..one here:

The software is wrong, typically that kind of software will only work with specific machines.

As said above, the fans are running, but there is something making them less efficient. It happens to all laptops.
