    Green Bay - Chicago?

    Packers @ Vikings.

Packers aren't playing the bears today. Bears are on at six against the lions, the packers will be on about twenty five past nine against the Vikings.

To be fair, the two games are heavily linked. If the bears win their game early in the day, then they will need a packers win later on, so actually that game will still be vital if you are a bears fan. Its also an interesting one for the rivalry, since bears fans will actually be rooting for green bay. Could be worth going to the woolshed for anyway, as the packers have a lot to play for, while Adrian peterson will be chasing his rushing record. I'd head down for it anyway.

Yep, it sticks in the throats of Bears fans to be cheering for Green Bay.

Much and all as I admire him, part of me doesn't want to see Peterson rack up any record against the Pack. Is that so bad?

I know it sticks in the throat of bears fans, I'm one of em. But if we make the playoffs I don't care. I would hope, for your sake, that Peterson DOES make the record, and that they have a big ceremony as soon as he passes the record, and give him a little trophy, and lots of celebration and music. Then their eye will be off the target.

As it happens I hope Detroit do something similar with Megatron. Let him get 2000 yards or whatever it is he's going for, and still lose. The Lions have been cheering on one player instead of playing as a team all year. Hopefully they can fail to come together for one more game.
